Are you passionate about pushing the boundaries of Java development and eager to make an impact in the cloud environment? We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team for an exciting opportunity with our public sector client in Brussels.

As a Medior/Senior Java Developer, you will lead the charge in migrating Java EE7 applications to the cloud, leveraging the power of Quarkus. Your expertise in functional programming and Java development will be instrumental in driving this transformation.

Key Requirements:

  • Quarkus (strong requirement)
  • Functional programming (strong requirement)
  • IntelliJ
  • Java EE7/jakarta8 (framework Jax.rs, JPA, CDI)
  • Jboss 7.3
  • Flyway
  • Junit 4/5
  • DB unit
  • GIT
  • Pipeline CI/CD (github workflows)
  • Oracle/SQL
  • Technical analysis skills/PlantUML
  • Frameworks: Orika (nice to have)
  • Cucumber/Integration tests/Allure Report (nice to have)
