Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Process customer requests, orders, or service updates
- Maintain and update customer records and internal systems
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries
- Carry out general administrative duties to support the department
- Ensure all interactions meet company service standards
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
