Location: Wimbledon SW London
Salary: 27,000 - 32,000
Hours: Monday to Friday (40hrs pw)

Responsibilities:
As our HSE & Compliance Co-Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on health and safety best practices.
• Collaborating with management to promote a culture of safety across all departments.
• Reporting and presenting on compliance metrics and suggesting improvements to enhance safety performance.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and trends to ensure ongoing compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• A proactive and hands on individual with a strong understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with team members at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills to assess risks and develop effective strategies.
• Previous experience in an HSE or compliance role.
• Previous experience in internal audit/compliance would be beneficial ideally from a warehouse/manufacturing background
• A relevant qualification in health and safety or environmental management is a plus but not essential to apply.
