Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Design & Technology, Engineering, Education, or a related subject
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Adaptable and flexible approach to classroom teaching
• Ability to deliver engaging, practical DT lessons across a range of abilities

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality Design & Technology lessons to students of varying skill levels
• Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment, particularly in practical settings
• Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Develop and adapt creative instructional materials and projects in line with the curriculum
