NQ Personal Injury Solicitor (Defendant)

A Legal 500-ranked law firm in Bradford is seeking a Newly Qualified Personal Injury Solicitor to join its well-established defendant personal injury team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ solicitor to build a strong foundation in defendant PI work within a highly regarded team, gaining exposure to a varied and high-quality caseload with a particular focus on Employer's Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) matters.

The Role
You will work as part of a supportive and experienced team, handling a diverse defendant PI caseload, including:

  • Employer's Liability (EL) claims

  • Public Liability (PL) claims

  • Pre-litigation and litigated matters

  • Liability and quantum assessment

  • Instructing counsel and experts

  • Working closely with insurer clients

You will receive hands-on training, close supervision, and clear development pathways.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor (or qualifying imminently)

  • Experience in defendant PI, EL/PL, or insurance litigation gained during training

  • Strong drafting, analytical, and organisational skills

  • Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to develop within defendant PI
