Department - Therapy Inpatients

Grade - Physiotherapist Band 6

Pay rate: Up to 26.78 dependent on experience

Undertake timely physiotherapy assessments on inpatient or reablement wards determine discharge readiness, and physiotherapeutic interventions required. Parallel planning. Develop and monitor individualised exercise and rehabilitation plans. Liaise with hospital, community, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Support timely flow and discharge.
