Hays are working with a growing manufacturing company in Normanton who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain and update records using Excel and CRM systems.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
What you'll need to succeed - Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with CRM systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organistional skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
