Dynamite Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an Independent Financial Planning firm for a Senior Financial Planning Administrator. This role will be to support a Senior Financial Advisor on a 1-1 basis. This role of Senior Financial Planning Administrator has come available due to the current person in this role progressing to Paraplanner within the firm.

IFA Administrator Duties include:
  • Prepare and organise client files for new and existing reviews, including valuation reports.
  • Process new business applications, withdrawals, drawdowns, and fund switches.
  • Update and maintain client records
  • Gather necessary information on existing plans/arrangements to assist in client reviews.
  • Structure letters to providers and clients to obtain essential information.
  • Handle general client servicing, including liaising with product providers and third parties.
  • Construct basic suitability reports, such as fund switches, top-ups, and review reports
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role (2 years minimum)
  • Experience within an independent firm
  • Reliable with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
