Temporary Customer Service and Order Processing
Location: Uxbridge
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (plus holiday pay)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am 5.30pm
Duration: Initially 1 month
Start Date: ASAP

Looking for an immediate opportunity in a supportive and friendly working environment? We re working with a lovely local business based in Uxbridge who are seeking a temp to support their busy customer service and order processing team. This is a great chance for someone with admin or customer service experience to jump into a fast-paced role and make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering inbound customer calls in a professional manner
Responding to email queries
Creating customer quotes and inputting data accurately
Processing returns and closing reports
Adjusting stock and creating service contracts
Logging all information clearly into internal systems

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous customer service or administrative experience
Confident telephone manner and strong written communication
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
Good attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Experience with Salesforce would be a real plus, but not essential
