Position: Qualified Secondary Teacher (QTS) - ICT Computing Teacher

Location: Bolton Start Date: April 2026 Salary: .60 per day (Paid to scale) Employment Type: Full-time, Long-term (with potential extension)

Simply Education is currently working in partnership with a secondary school in Bolton to recruit a Qualified Computing Specialist Teacher for a long-term, Full time role starting April 2026. This position will initially run until the end of the summer term, with the possibility of extension.

Your Role:

Teach KS3 Computing as your primary responsibility

Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that support student progress

Carry out full planning and marking duties

Maintain effective classroom and behaviour management

Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different learners

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Specialism in Computing (or strong experience teaching Computing)

Experience working in a UK secondary school

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
