We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Paint Sprayer to join a growing manufacturing team.

This is a full-time, long-term role offering stable hours, a supportive working environment, and the opportunity for a pay increase after a successful probation period.

Key Responsibilities of the Paint Sprayer:

• Spraying and finishing products to a high-quality standard
• Preparing surfaces prior to spraying (cleaning, masking as required)
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications

Requirements of the Paint Sprayer:

• Previous experience as a paint sprayer (industrial or manufacturing preferred)
• Good attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Hours & Pay of the Paint Sprayer:

• £12.21 per hour, with a pay rise after 12 weeks
• 39 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am 4:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am 3:30pm
• 30-minute lunch break

This role would suit someone looking for consistent hours, early finishes on Fridays, and long-term progression.
