Stock Controller

Location: Horley
Salary: £28,600 to £32,500 Dependent on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm with 30 min break

Are you an experienced Stock Controller who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Do you take pride in accuracy, organisation, and keeping stock under control? If so, we want to hear from you.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Managing stock accuracy across the warehouse
• Maintaining stock locations and system integrity
• Carrying out cycle counts and physical stock checks
• Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
• Reducing excess, slow-moving, and obsolete stock
• Producing daily stock and performance reports
• Supporting replenishment targets and picking efficiency

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience in stock control or inventory management
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Confident using warehouse management systems
• Forklift licence Reach & Counterbalance (essential)
• Bendi/multi-directional licence (desirable, not essential)
