We are recruiting for an experienced Foot Mobile Engineer to maintain a small portfolio of six commercial office buildings; all located within walking distance in Farringdon.

This is a stable, client-facing role carrying out planned and reactive maintenance in professional office environments.

Package

• 44,000 per annum
• Travel card (Zones 1 & 2) or cash equivalent
• Overtime available
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Company pension scheme

Job Description

• Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance)
• Attend and resolve reactive maintenance issues
• Maintain building services to a high standard
• Work directly with clients and site occupants
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial building maintenance
• Mechanical or Electrical qualification
• Comfortable working in client-facing environments
• Proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach
