Production Operative Manufacturing

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Watford.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, suitable for individuals who are flexible and available to work ad-hoc day and night shifts from Monday to Sunday, as required.

Pay Rate:
£12.45 £13.80 per hour, depending on shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting production line operations

• Assisting with machine operation and basic quality checks

• Packing, labelling, and preparing products for despatch

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Adhering to all health & safety procedures

• Assisting other areas of the operation when needed

Requirements:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential

• Flexibility to work ad-hoc day and night shifts, Monday to Sunday

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Good attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and with a positive work attitude
