We re Hiring: Logistics & Operations Coordinator (Site based)

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.

What you ll do:

• Coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment, including shipping instructions and export documentation.
• Manage stock movements and inventory accuracy across multiple locations.
• Build strong relationships with third-party logistics partners.
• Act as a central point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.
• Support events and exhibitions with logistics planning.

What we re looking for:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in operations, logistics, warehouse coordination
• Proven customer service coupled with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.

NB: this is a site based role - 5 days a a week
