We are seeking an Early Years Learning Support Assistant for a supportive primary school in Hertford

• Afternoons only
• 1:1 support with a child in Early Years
• Based in Hertford, Hertfordshire
• Start date: 2.2.26 until Easter 26
• Possibility to continue until July 26
• Working closely with the class teacher and EYFS team
• Previous SEN experience

• Dedicated indoor and outdoor Early Years learning areas
• Located in an urban area with good public transport links, suitable for non-drivers
• Easy access via local road networks
• Nurturing and well-structured Early Years environment
• Ofsted notes that children feel safe, are well supported, and settle quickly into school life

• A strong commitment to the role for the full duration
• Experience supporting children with SEN needs
• Confidence in providing dedicated 1:1 support
• A calm, patient, and nurturing approach that encourages learning and development
