Warehouse Team Leader/Warehouse Shift Manager

Location: Stanford-Le-Hope Full Time, Permanent

Hours: Mon-Fri 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm

Competitive Salary Rotating Shifts (06 00 & 14 00)

We are hiring a Warehouse Shift Manager to join a leading freight forwarder at their Stanford-Le-Hope site. The successful candidate will operate on a rotating weekly shift pattern overseeing the companies receiving, storage, pick, pack and dispatch operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and motivate the team of 7 warehouse operatives in order to hit targets.
• Oversee all warehouse activities (receiving & storage to picking, packing & dispatch)
• Keep inventory flawless with WMS & deliver regular performance reports
• Champion health & safety and compliance to keep our workplace secure
• Spot opportunities, solve problems, and make processes smoother & smarter
• Drive team training, briefings, and performance reviews to boost skills & morale

Job Requirements

• Experience in warehousing with 1 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role
• Strong leader with excellent communication & team motivation skills
• Knowledge of WMS with forklift certification and safe equipment operation
• Flexible, resilient, and safety-first with the ability to work rotating shifts & overtime
