Warehouse Supervisor
Location: West Drayton
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am 4.30pm

Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking for your next supervisory role? We re working with a growing local business who are now seeking a proactive and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to join their team.
This is a hands-on role where you ll play a key part in day-to-day operations, leading a small team, ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched efficiently, and that stock levels are well managed using the company s ERP/WMS system.
You ll be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, leading daily team activity, and helping to drive continuous improvement across processes. The business moves quickly so the ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle competing priorities is key.
What you ll be doing:
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
- Managing goods-in, stock control, and cycle counts using ERP/WMS systems
- Supporting and motivating warehouse operatives to meet KPIs and performance targets
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and boost productivity
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and company standards
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve stock or operational queries
What we re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar team lead position
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including goods-in, stock control and order fulfilment
- Confident using ERP or WMS systems (Oracle advantageous)
- Good IT skills, particularly Excel
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a small team
- A hands-on approach with a high level of attention to detail
- Forklift licence preferred
- First Aid certificate desirable
