Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory operations and lead generation efforts effectively
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills to build lasting relationships with clients
• Ability to conduct compelling product demos and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs
• Skilled in inside sales techniques such as cold calling, follow-up communication, and lead nurturing
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data for strategic decision-making
• Familiarity with marketing strategies that support business development initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products and identify new revenue streams within existing accounts
• Strong communication skills combined with a proactive approach to territory management and customer engagement

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer facing sales, retail or hospitality
• Flexible & available to work scheduled hours including weekends
• Reside within 30 minute travel radius of the store
• Possession of a full driving license and access to your own vehicle is preferred
