We re looking for an enthusiastic part time Outbound Customer Service Consultant to join our Customer Care Centre based in Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire. We are looking for someone to work 2 days a week (Thursdays and Fridays) as part of a job share.

This is a proactive, customer focused role where you ll make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, helping to secure new projects and book appointments for our field-based sales team.

What you'll be doing:

• Make outbound calls to nurture leads, track projects, and protect specifications
• Generate and qualify leads from multiple sources
• Book customer visits and appointments for our external sales team
• Follow up on marketing campaigns and convert opportunities
• Use our CRM system (Creatio) and social media tools to identify new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate data and share market insights with the wider business

What we're looking for:

• Experience in outbound calling and delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, positive, and a great team player
