Description:
The Oracle Fusion Procurement Lead will lead the Procurement functional workstream during the design phase of a major Oracle Fusion implementation. The role is accountable for planning, governance, and delivery of Procurement design activities, working closely with internal procurement leadership, programme stakeholders, and the Systems Implementation Partner to ensure a robust design process, timely decision-making, and successful sign-off of all Procurement deliverables by the end of the design phase.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Procurement workstream plan, ensuring alignment with the overall programme plan
• Track, monitor, and report on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across the Procurement workstream
• Provide functional leadership through the design phase, ensuring a robust, well-governed design process
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support engagement, decision-making, and timely closure of actions
• Provide guidance, challenge, and quality assurance of Systems Implementation Partner deliverables
• Own and deliver all client-side Procurement workstream deliverables to agreed quality and timelines
• Ensure all Procurement design outputs are completed and formally signed off

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion Procurement implementations
• Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end Procurement processes
• Experience leading workstreams within large, complex transformation programmes
• Ability to constructively challenge solution designs and delivery partners
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Excellent planning, governance, and delivery focus
