Motorways Site Agent - East Midlands - Long Term Contract

Your new role
You will lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment while delivering high-profile general civils and drainage work on the Emergency Area Retrofit programme throughout the Midlands. You will also possess extensive knowledge and experience in groundworks and highway drainage works.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need experience in planning, programming and resourcing, site cost control, preparing and monitoring contract budget and target programme. In addition to this, you will oversee management of site staff, subcontractors and operatives whilst ensuring health and safety compliance is kept to a high standard.
