A high-growth, PE-backed organisation is centralising its systems and processes after years of operating in a highly decentralised model. This role sits at the heart of that group-wide transformation.

We're looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex change programmes - someone who thrives in environments where not everything is fully defined yet.

• Full end-to-end project delivery
• Working across SaaS platforms (ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, Web; eg, NetSuite with partner delivery)
• Collaborating with a lean internal team and strong third-party partners
• Driving clear documentation, RAID management, reporting, and governance
• Influencing stakeholders used to autonomy and helping embed new ways of working

• Strong PM fundamentals and delivery discipline
• Confidence, warmth, and great people skills
• Ability to bring order without creating friction
• Comfortable working in a maturing organisation undergoing major change
