This is a chance to walk into a warm territory, inherit an existing customer base, and really make the role your own. You ll be given the tools, support and structure to succeed, alongside a friendly and welcoming team where your contribution will genuinely make an impact.

The Role

You ll take ownership of the your region, developing relationships, increasing spend, and re-engaging older customers using a well-established CRM system and customer database.

You ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing a regional customer base
  • Proactively contacting active and lapsed customers to build and strengthen relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell electrical distribution products
  • Working through the CRM daily to plan outreach, manage pipeline and track activity
  • Inheriting accounts and growing them through different stages of the account cycle
  • Supporting the continued growth of a key territory within the business

Ideal backgrounds include:

  • Account Manager/Internal Sales/Sales Executive within electrical, electronics or distribution
  • Someone with hands-on electrical knowledge who has moved into sales
  • Confident using CRM systems and working in a structured sales environment
  • Motivated, organised, and customer-focused
