The Role
You ll take ownership of the your region, developing relationships, increasing spend, and re-engaging older customers using a well-established CRM system and customer database.
You ll be responsible for:
- Managing and developing a regional customer base
- Proactively contacting active and lapsed customers to build and strengthen relationships
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell electrical distribution products
- Working through the CRM daily to plan outreach, manage pipeline and track activity
- Inheriting accounts and growing them through different stages of the account cycle
- Supporting the continued growth of a key territory within the business
Ideal backgrounds include:
- Account Manager/Internal Sales/Sales Executive within electrical, electronics or distribution
- Someone with hands-on electrical knowledge who has moved into sales
- Confident using CRM systems and working in a structured sales environment
- Motivated, organised, and customer-focused
