Nurse Deputy Manager Full-Time, Day Shifts

Location: Southport
Hours: 39 hours per week (Day shifts 2 x 11-hour nurse shifts, 2 x 8.5-hour supernumerary shifts, including some weekends)
Pay: £23.00 per hour

About the Role

We are recruiting a Nurse Deputy Manager to support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in a specialist nursing home. You ll play a key role in leading a dedicated team, supporting residents with dementia and complex nursing needs, and ensuring best-practice standards are maintained.

The ideal candidate will be kind, compassionate, and genuinely committed to improving the lives of residents, while fostering a positive, supportive environment for staff.

What We re Looking For

Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
Previous leadership or deputy management experience in a care setting
Passion for person-centred care and staff development
Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
