Working closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors, the role is responsible for coordinating design development from pre-construction through to completion. This includes reviewing and managing drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and resolving design and technical issues to support efficient construction delivery.

Based in Coventry, the Design Manager will play a key role in supporting pre-construction activities, value engineering, and buildability reviews, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality projects across the Midlands and beyond. The role requires a proactive and collaborative approach, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
