We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager with a proven track record in Civils, Demolition, and New Build projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

• Oversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and cost control.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Implement site-specific risk assessments and method statements.

• Minimum 5+ years experience as a Site Manager in construction.
• Strong background in Civils, Demolition, and New Build projects.
• Excellent knowledge of H&S regulations and site management best practices.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid).
