Polytec are looking for a dynamic Electronic Assembler for our client based a few miles north of Cambridge.

Responsibilities:

Assembly of electronic components and products to specification using both hand and power tools
Follow detailed assembly instructions, drawings and diagrams
SMT assembly
Test and troubleshoot to ensure functionality
Inspection of finished products

Requirements:

Previous experience in electronic assembly and soldering
Good knowledge of electrical components and circuits
Familiar with hand tools and power tools used in assembly processes
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings and diagrams
Proficient in assembling electronic components using hand tools and power tools
Familiar with surface mount technology (SMT) assembly techniques
