The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The Associate Quantity Surveyor/Head of QS is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a PQS/Consultancy background who is comfortable delivering residential projects for private clients.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor, supported by two Assistant Quantity Surveyors, will lead high-end residential projects for various private clients across the South - carrying out pre and post contract work, plus some contract administration.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Surrey based/within a reasonable distance
• Must have PQS/Construction Consultancy experience
• Residential/high end residential project experience would be nice
• Good pre and post contract experience
• Client facing
• Team player
