Care Manager

Location: Leicester, LE2

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

The are looking for a Service/Care Manager to join their Care Home in Leicester.

Role Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in care sector at management level
• Level 5 in Leadership and management
• Strong CQC & QAF knowledge
• Experience in setting up new services
• Proficient liaising with outside professionals
• A motivated manager with excellent communication skills
• Committed to providing high standards of care.
• Experience in both residential and supported living services.
• Computer skills - competent in using Microsoft Word and the internet

They require an ambitious manager with a wealth of experience in Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Disorder, Complex Behaviours, and Dementia.
