After School Club Assistant Join a Fantastic Primary School in Northfield!

Are you passionate about working with children and making a positive difference every day? We re looking for an enthusiastic After School Club Assistant to join a warm and welcoming Primary School in Northfield.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become part of a successful, close-knit team in a school known for its excellent behaviour standards and dedicated staff.

• Start: Immediate

• Hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday, 3:00pm 5:15pm

• Contract: Ongoing, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate

You ll be supporting children aged 5 11, helping to create a fun, safe and positive environment at the end of the school day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and engaging pupils during after-school activities

• Encouraging positive behaviour, teamwork and active play

• Promoting good dining habits and social interaction

• Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all children at all times

We re keen to hear from individuals who:

• Have at least 6 months experience working with children (ideally in a UK school)

• Have worked in roles such as Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Cover Supervisor, or similar

• Are passionate about education and going the extra mile

• Are patient, nurturing and resilient

• Can adapt well to a dynamic school environment

• Are committed, enthusiastic and reliable
