Our client, a well-established and reputable automotive dealership, are looking to appoint an experienced New & Used Car Sales Executive to join their successful sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to work within a supportive, performance-focused environment offering strong earning potential and long-term career progression.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey while achieving and exceeding vehicle, finance, and add-on sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

Selling new and used vehicles in line with company processes and FCA compliance

Managing the sales process from enquiry through to vehicle handover

Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives

Building rapport with customers and maintaining strong relationships

Maximising opportunities

Following up enquiries and maintaining accurate records

Our client is looking for a confident and motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in automotive sales in both new and used

Proven ability to achieve sales targets

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Professional appearance and customer-focused approach

Full UK driving licence
