Hours: Monday-Thursday 06:00-15:00 Friday 06:00-11:00 (Early Finish)

As a Production Operative, you'll work within a skilled team to assemble, finish, and inspect products to the highest standards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Operating machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
• Reading and following assembly instructions and job specifications
• Conducting quality checks to maintain production standards
• Working collaboratively with your team to meet targets
• Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is an advantage, but not essential
• Confident using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
