My client, a food production company in the Tewkesbury area is looking to recruit a Production Team Leader on a Temp to Perm basis This position will require you to work on rotating shifts with start time of both 0515 and then 1330, working 5 days out of 7. As part of the leadership team you will offer strong communication skills and a desire to ensure your team is performing t its maximum capabilities The main responsibilities associated with the role include - lead and motivate your team on a daily basis - Ensure the highest working stands are met at al times - Ensure Production targets are met - Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times - Report any maintenance or production issues in accordance with company procedures - Have a flexible approach to meet company needs during busy periods As a suitable candidate you will offer the following - Previous experience as a Team Leader in a busy production environment, ideally within Food industry - Good knowledge of Health and Safety - Positive attitude and a desire to create a good working environment for your team - ability to work flexibly to cover shifts and ensure production targets are met The starting pay-rate for this position is 14.54 per hour which will increase with further training Keywords Team Leader, Supervisor, Food, Food Hygiene,
