The role:

• You will be responsible for operational matters on shift
• A focus on delivering against KPI's as well as the ability to solve novel problems.
• Team development, clear leadership and coaching skills are crucial.
• Quality and health and safety focused.
• Focus on Continuous improvement projects

Your experience:

• Strong people management experience in a production based role in a food manufacturing environment
• Good analytical skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement activity
• An empowering and inspirational people management style and the ability to get the best out of people.
• Action orientated with clear decision making capability
• Genuine passion for food and manufacturing
