We are seeking a SAP QM Consultant who will support the rollout and localisation of a German SAP global template for Quality Management to the UK organisation. The role focuses on fit-gap analysis, SAP QM solution design and configuration, cross-module integration, and testing support to ensure alignment with UK business and regulatory requirements for a 4 month remote contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform fit-gap analysis between the German SAP QM global template and UK quality management processes.

• Document gaps, localization requirements, and functional enhancements in collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Design and configure SAP QM processes, including:

  • Procurement (MM QM): Incoming inspections, inspection types, quality info records, vendor evaluations.

  • Production (PP QM): In-process and final inspections, inspection plans, defect recording, usage decisions.

  • Sales (SD QM): Quality notifications, customer complaints, returns, and quality-related delivery blocks.

  • FI/CO Integration: Quality cost postings, scrap, rework, and settlement of quality-related costs.

• Ensure end-to-end integration between SAP QM and MM, PP, SD, and FI/CO.

• Support unit testing and integration testing, including:

• Assist with documentation, knowledge transfer, and readiness for deployment.

Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management (SAP QM).

• Proven experience in SAP template rollout or localization projects.

• Solid understanding of cross-module SAP integration (MM, PP, SD, FI/CO).

• Experience with fit-gap analysis, solution design, and configuration.

• Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing in SAP projects.
