Role: Quality Inspector

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Quality Inspector to join their production team. The role involves inspecting, testing, and validating components to ensure compliance with defined quality and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify parts using precision measurement equipment

• Operate and program CMM/Laser tracking systems

• Perform product testing in line with specifications

• Participate in root cause and corrective action activities (8D, A3)

• Complete and maintain quality documentation including PPAP, Control Plans, Process Maps, and FMEAs

Key Requirements

• Experience in quality inspection within an engineering or manufacturing environment

• Working knowledge of PPAP, 8D, A3, and quality improvement tools

• Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements

• Analytical, structured approach to problem solving

• Ability to interpret technical data and communicate findings clearly

• Competent with standard Microsoft Office
