What you ll be doing:

• Speaking to warm leads and conducting fact-finding sales calls
• Understanding customer needs, budgets and priorities
• Recommending and selling insurance solutions from leading UK providers
• Handling objections with confidence and closing deals
• Delivering an excellent customer experience while smashing sales targets
• Competing, improving and pushing yourself to be the best in the room

What it takes to succeed:
Essential:

• The right attitude is key! You ll need to naturally be someone motivated to succeed, with a drive to go above and beyond Strong sales mentality with a target-focused mindset
• Confident, persuasive phone and email communication skills
• Ability to build trust quickly and influence decision-making
• Evidence that you can be a successful salesperson, we re open to what this might look like

Desirable (not essential):

• Telesales or phone-based sales experience
• Private Medical Insurance or financial services knowledge
• Competitive, commission-driven background

No insurance experience? No problem. Full training is provided for candidates with the right attitude and hunger to succeed.
