We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Deputy General Manager to join our esteemed clients restaurant someone who can inspire their team, delight guests, and help shape the future of one of our vibrant venues.

As Deputy General Manager, you'll work alongside the General Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and atmosphere. You'll play a key role in driving sales, managing costs, and maintaining an engaging, well-run environment for both guests and staff.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in hospitality management within a quality orientated, busy, high-volume venue ideally from a branded or premium background.
• A strong understanding of financial performance, including sales, profit, and budget control.
• A passion for food, drink, and great guest service.
• Excellent people skills with the ability to motivate, train, and lead a team by example.
• A creative, can-do attitude with a focus on both front-of-house excellence and back-of-house efficiency.
• A commitment to maintaining high operational and company standards while adding your own flair to the role.
