As Precast Foreman, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of the factory floor and yard. You'll lead a team of around 20 operatives, ensuring daily production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

You'll be the go-to person for your team offering support, motivation, and problem-solving while working closely with senior management to keep operations on track.

• Leading and organising the daily production plan

• Supervising and motivating a team of factory operatives

• Driving a strong health & safety and "clean as you go" culture

• Overseeing quality checks and equipment standards

• Supporting training, skills development and continuous improvement

• Managing resources, stock levels, and waste effectively

• Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing or construction environment

• A strong understanding of health & safety and factory operations

• Confident, hands-on leadership style with great communication skills

• Organised, proactive, and comfortable making day-to-day decisions

• Precast or concrete experience is a bonus, but not essential
