Job Title: Remedial Plumber
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire

We are recruiting for a Remedial Plumber to cover a range of domestic and commercial sites in the Home Counties and South Eastern region. You will be joining a busy building services company, who have a busy presence across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background of completing domestic and commercial plumbing duties, including 1st and 2nd fixes and installations. Our client is able to offer great further training into Legionella/Water Hygiene, and is paying competitive salaries and benefits packages.

Experience/Qualifications:
- Must have strong experience working as a Remedial Plumber on both domestic and commercial sites
- Will be qualified with the NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 in Plumbing
- It is essential to hold the G3 Unvented ticket
- Ideally will hold knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- Hardworking attitude
- Good literacy and numeracy skill level
- Proficient in using IT software

The Role:
- Completing reactive and PPM remedial plumbing duties across a varied portfolio of client sites, including commercial and domestic
- 1st and 2nd fixes on existing systems
- Cylinder installations and replacements
- Remedial works on existing plumbing systems
- Installations of tanks of varying sizes
- Adjustments of insitu pipework
- Deadleg removals
- Making recommendations for repairs
- Completing service reports
- Working to set deadlines
