Cleaners Required

Salary: 12.75 - 13.00 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Speke. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example while remaining actively involved in day-to-day cleaning operations.

Working Hours :

Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 4:30pm (1-hour unpaid break)

One weekend per month (rota basis)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and supporting the on-site cleaning team
• Hands-on cleaning duties to maintain high standards
• Creating and managing staff rotas
• Stock taking and ordering cleaning supplies
• Providing and arranging training for new hires
• Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to specification

About You:

• Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role
• Hands-on, reliable, and well organised
• Confident managing rotas, stock and training
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
