A Top 5 accounting firm is seeking an International Tax Manager to join its rapidly expanding team in Central London. The team advises across all industry sectors and works with a broad and engaging client base, ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to large, global FTSE 100 organisations.

This is a high-performing, fast-growing team offering exposure to a wide variety of technically challenging and commercially driven work. The role provides the opportunity to be involved in cross-border M&A transactions, international tax planning, transfer pricing, UK/US tax consulting, and other complex advisory projects.

You will take a proactive role in managing your own portfolio of work while collaborating closely with Senior Managers, Directors and Partners. You'll be encouraged to identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and support the development of additional services for clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing corporate tax compliance, advisory and accounting services to a diverse client base.
• Advising clients on corporate planning and restructuring projects in the UK and internationally.
• Preparing complex UK corporate tax computations and returns.
• Managing the annual corporate tax compliance process for both smaller clients and those with significant UK and international footprints.
• Delivering technically robust and commercially practical advice, including tax due diligence, structuring and international advisory work.
• Coordinating with specialists across other tax disciplines and overseas offices to manage multi-jurisdictional input.
• Undertaking tax audits under UK GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP.
• Preparing proposals for new work, including researching target clients and identifying technical solutions.
• Managing and developing junior team members, supporting their progression and performance.

• Strong experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory within a professional services environment.
• Confident working with clients and building long-term relationships.
• Commercially aware with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
• Experienced in managing and developing staff.
• CTA and/or ACA qualified
