We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at a well-established homecare provider in Tilbury, Essex. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the opening of a brand new franchise and play a key role in its success.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the homecare service, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to our clients. You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of care staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall management of the homecare service, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standardsDevelop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high-quality care deliveryRecruit, train, and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support as neededConduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to ensure continuous improvementBuild and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionalsMonitor and manage budgets, ensuring the financial stability of the serviceMaintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and legal requirementsIdentify and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective mannerKeep abreast of industry developments and implement best practices to enhance the serviceRequirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a similar settingNVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualificationStrong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as CQC and SafeguardingExcellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholdersProven track record of managing budgets and resources effectivelyGood understanding of IT systems and ability to adapt to new technologyPassion for providing high-quality care and making a positive impact on people's livesIf you are a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager looking for a new challenge, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
