Our client is looking for an experienced Fabric Engineer to join their team based in Birkenhead working on a large residential complex consisting of 6 tower blocks on a long term temporary contract. The successful Fabric Engineer will carry out reactive maintenance within occupied apartments and communal areas. Please see the job description below and apply if you are interested!

Job description:

- General fabric maintenance

- Basic domestic plumbing (baths, showers, toilets, sinks, etc)

- Minor electrical tasks such as light Switches and sockets (qualified electricians already on site for major works)

- General in-house maintenance duties

- Working professionally around residents and the general public

- Strong fabric maintenance background

- Good domestic plumbing knowledge - plumbing qualifications

The pay rate for this role is £22PH.

The successful Fabric Engineer must get a DBS in process.
