Warwickshire County Council currently has vacancies for experienced Social Workers across the following services:

Duty & Assessment Social Worker (x3)

• Locations: Stratford, Warwick & Nuneaton

• This is a short-term intervention role, undertaking 10-day assessments and progressing children's care plans to:

  • Case closure, or

  • First Child in Need (CIN) Plan,

  • Initial Child Protection Conference (ICPC), or

  • All About Me Review for a Child in Care

Support & Intervention Social Worker

• Locations: Warwick & Stratford

• This role focuses on longer-term intervention to progress children's care plans, working with families including:

  • Targeted Early Support

  • Children in Need (CIN)

  • Edge of Care

  • Child Protection (CP) and Court

  • Children in Care until a plan of permanency is achieved

• Pay rate: 33.30 per hour

• Hybrid working (service-led)
