Import/Export Logistics Coordinator

We're a growing UK SME with a global supply chain, looking for an experienced Import/Export Logistics Coordinator to take ownership of international shipments and keep goods moving smoothly.

What you'll do

• Coordinate inbound and outbound international shipments (sea & air)
• Prepare and check shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms, duties, tariffs, and commodity codes
• Work closely with freight forwarders, overseas suppliers, and internal teams
• Act as the main point of contact for logistics and delivery queries

What we're looking for

• 3+ years' experience in an Import/Export or Logistics role
• Strong knowledge of international shipping and compliance
• Confident working with international suppliers and customers
• Experience with ERP systems (SAGE desirable) and Excel
• Detail-focused, proactive, and comfortable in a growing SME
