The Manager will join a medium sized team within the Accountancy Practice to deliver high quality and fast paced Accounts Services to a high profile client base, managing a team of staff, and playing a crucial role contributing to the success of the practice. Manager Job Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as the trusted day-to-day contact
Review statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax computations to a high technical standard
Ensure all work is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with regulatory requirements
Lead, mentor, and develop a team, including workflow planning and performance management
Oversee compliance with accounting standards, tax legislation, and professional regulations
Identify opportunities to add value through advisory services and cross-selling
Support partners with billing, WIP control, and fee discussions
Drive efficiency by improving systems, processes, and internal controls
Keep up to date with legislative changes and communicate impacts to clients and staff

Manager Job Requirements

ACCA or ACA qualified
A minimum of 2 years experience in leadership
Knowledge and experience of working in Xero, Sage, or IRIS
Able to commute to Sheffield
Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Manager Job Remuneration

45,000 - 50,000 (dependant on experience)
37.5 hours per week 8:30am - 17:00pm (flexible start/finish times)
23 days + bank holiday and paid Christmas shutdown
