Audiotypist

Salary: 26,000 - 26,500 per annum

We are working with a friendly and well-established legal firm in Dundee who are looking to recruit an experienced Audiotypist to support fee earners across multiple legal departments.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong audiotyping or digital dictation experience who is looking to join a supportive team with genuine future progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate audiotyping and transcription of digital dictation for fee earners across various legal departments

• Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence

• Supporting the print room with printing, copying and document collation

• Providing general administrative support to the wider office as required

Essential Requirements:

• Proven audiotyping or legal dictation experience (essential)

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Confident IT skills and familiarity with document management systems

• A professional and team-focused approach
