Manufacturing Engineer

Salary: Circa 55,000 (flexible)

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking Engineering & Manufacturing Company (based near Thatcham) that plays a key role in cutting-edge engineering solutions, partnering Global Names in the Space & Aerospace Industry.

You'll be part of a dedicated team of Manufacturing Engineers, managing 4-6 concurrent projects from initial quote through to handover into production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys Front End involvement and has strong project management capability.

What you'll be doing as Manufacturing Engineer

• Managing manufacturing projects from NPI through to production handover
• Leading quoting, planning and resource coordination activities
• Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Overseeing process engineering aspects and driving continuous improvement
• Working closely with operations once projects move into production

What we're looking for in a Manufacturing Engineer

• Degree or HND in Engineering
• NPI and process engineering experience within and/or supplying into the Aerospace or Space Industries (or similar high-regulation industry)
• Strong experience with machining processes (CNC or similar)
• Exposure to additive manufacturing would be beneficial
• Practical knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Ability to obtain UK security clearance (essential for certain projects)

• Hours: 08:30-16:30 Mon-Thu, 08:30-16:00 Fri (39 hours per week)
